MOCM started with just a handful of MINIacs as mentioned by MINIster. It’s certainly evolved tremendously over the years with highly energetic & ehthusiastic MINIacs now getting involved in many of the activities.

I remembered our regular outings during those early days were mainly Saturday morning TT whereby fellow owners help to order parts & do DIY upgrades on our beloved MINIs. During the time , there were not so many variants of MINI so any gatherings/convoys have always looked impressive and looked “neat & tidy”. They never failed to attract attention from the bystanders. I guess MINIs are a lot more common nowadays hence the “attention” part has worn off a little.

Nevertheless, it’s great to be part of the MINI big family and looking forward to many more happy days to come!

Own a Countryman Cooper S currently. Previous MINI was a manual R53 Cooper S of which I still miss dearly!
