All who helped to organise MOCM charity events were awarded the RED pins
and the participants in the said events were given the BLUE pins.
The beige pins were given to all participants in charity events organised by other bike/ car clubs/ organisation.

I remember I had a collection of pins from participation to organising an event! Everyone got excited to receive a pin too!

We should introduce this again with an update design!
